If you need to go to the Return or Dispute Case option, here are the steps:
- Sign into Newlabel Account
- Go to Order
- If your item has the option, you will see on the right hand side a box that says View Returned or Disputed Order. Click on this button.
The page you are brought to will have all the information that you need to know about your Returned or Disputed Order. It will also have a chat option.
