How do I estimate delivery times and costs?

Answer: After you request a quote, you will have the option in the RFQ center that allows you to choose your freight method and approve your shipping method; whether it’s through the air or ocean.

How do I edit or cancel an order?

Answer: You have the ability to cancel any order 30 minutes after checkout. After that, you will have to click the “Return Order” option found on the orders page and start the return process.

How do I use Supermelon shipping services?

Answer: The Supermelon freight services can be found in the RFQ dashboard. You can find the option to request a freight quote and checkout with your preferred freight method.

Where can I manage and view my order?

Answer: You can find your production and shipping steps inside your customized RFQ product management page. You can also track the shipping of your purchase up until your order arrives at your warehouse.
